Community Give Away
During the summer, it is common to see garage or
yard sales both in the community and churches getting rid of treasures
and making a few extra dollars for this or that. Well, several years
ago, a couple of our senior saints came up with a great idea. Instead of
having a garage sale for money, why not give away things that the
community might be in need of or could use? This activity became a hit
and a great way to reach out to the community. It is also a great way to
clean out your attic or garage.
