Vacation Bible School – Building a better life with Jesus

Summertime is here, the kids are out of school, and the days are filled with pool parties, picnics in the park, camping, and other fun in the sun activities.  The list goes on, and so do Mom’s commitments. Where can she find a little break to refresh her spirit? The kids need to be supervised, so what about a little visit to auntie’s or grandma’s house for a few hours?  Nope, grandma and auntie are on vacation, so what’s a mother to do?

Why not join us here at Linder Road Church June 9th for Vacation Bible school? Beginning Sunday, June 9th through Wednesday, June 12th, each evening from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., the kids will have a great time experiencing puppet shows, skit performances, craft projects, outdoor activities and snack time, all based around the theme of building a better life with Jesus.  The kids can enjoy spending time with other kids ages 4 years through 6th grade, participating in various supervised activities that teach them about Jesus, and Mom and Dad can take a little break together, all the while knowing their children are in good hands!

In the past several years, we have transformed our building to present VBS themes such as “Bury your head in the Good Book” (Joshua 1:8); “Way down in Egypt” (Revelation 17:14)”; and “Diving deep into Living Water” (John 7:38).  This June, we invite you and your children to join us for a wonderful time “Building a better life with Jesus”.
