Kids Christmas Carnival 2025

The fellowship hall at Linder Road was filled with the sounds of laughter, chatter, and excited squeals from the 40+ kids who enjoyed the Christmas Carnival held on Saturday, December 13, 2025.

Along with the usual abundant snacks and hot cocoa, kids had the chance to win prizes by playing a variety of games, such as Plink Glow, Gingerbread House Putt Putt, Christmas Tree Ring Toss, and Melted Snowman Ping Pong Ball Toss.  In addition to these carnival type games, the kids could do two holiday craft activities, participate in card signing for elderly shut-ins, have their faces painted with holiday art, and try their hand at cookie decorating.  Eating the result was highly encouraged!

A decorated photo-op scene was available for everyone to save some happy memories from their fun and games with pictures.  For the grand finale, there were several “Guess How Many” challenges including candy canes, snowballs, and chocolates.  Prizes were awarded to the three happy kids who had the closest guesses.

It was a lively, laughter-filled afternoon, as the children (and volunteers) enjoyed each other’s company.  Our intention was to provide a delightful time for the kids to form friendships with one another that we hope will last forever.
